Why I'm Trading the Studio for a Team
For the last year I ran Dirt Digital, a growth studio, and proved to myself I could carry growth end to end on my own.
What the year actually taught me is something quieter. The work I am proudest of came from being deep inside a team, not adjacent to one. Exo, Pentagon, the campaigns that landed: all of them were people problems first.
I am a connector. I do my best work in the room, building the relationships and the narrative that move a product forward, with people I believe in around me.
So I am not selling a studio anymore. I am looking for a team. A serious, hungry one, ideally in the Solana ecosystem I have called home for five years.
