Dirt Digital runs on a hybrid model: AI agents handle strategy, drafting, and intelligence. We need a human operator in the loop. Someone who can pick up agent outputs, QC them, steer them, and ship.

This isn't a traditional marketing or engineering role. You don't need to be a designer, developer, or copywriter. You need to be an AI power user who can operate across all of those domains — someone who's already living in the future of how work gets done.

PROMPT ENGINEERING AT A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

Not hobby prompting. You build and maintain prompt systems that produce consistent, brand-locked output across formats. You know how to create few-shot examples, voice guidelines, and systematic prompts that scale.

SYSTEMS THINKING OVER INDIVIDUAL SKILL

You think in workflows, not tasks. You can look at a process and design the AI-assisted system that makes it repeatable and compounding. One recording becomes 6 platform-ready assets. One research brief becomes 3 outreach angles.
